Chuck Chemicals, Go For Organic Skin Care Products

Looking and eliminating the real cause is better than the cure, holds true for all skin care problems too. Before buying a ointment or medicated cream, learn what is causing the problem, instead of suppressing the symptoms. Usually, skin problems arise due to many reasons- accumulation of toxins, unhealthy diet, malnutrition and application of chemical based cosmetics.

Skin care experts usually say No to soaps on the face as they rob the skin of the natural moisture or have high alkaline content and the pH balance gets depleted and leads to early signs of aging and wrinkles.

The surge in demand of aromatherapy oils and products is because people are realizing the goodness of herbal and botanical power. There are many products crafted out of essential oils and other herbal extracts, having all the positive aspects of that particular plant. For skin care, the best would be to leave your skin natural or apply minimal make up.

Cleaning, toning and moisturizing are the basic routine that should be followed for a glowing face and body. Organic products are available in drug store or health stores which do not contain any chemicals but in return nourish your skin. Some good cleansers and moisturizers are available in your own home

Mash a banana and add a little milk, apply all over your face and wash off after a few minutes, you will feel your face cleaner. Mix 1 teaspoon Rose water with half a teaspoon of glycerin and add a few drops of lime juice. It may feel a little sticky till it dries off but this is a tried and tested Grandma’s secret to the softest, beautiful face even in the thick of winter.

Other pure oils when applied after washing act as effective body moisturizers. Some commonly available pure oils are apricot kernel oil, avocado oil, almond oil and coconut oil. Apart from this, drinking a lot of water is essential for your skin to look nice. Water is the best cosmetic, cleanser and moisturizer for the body. It flushes out the accumulated toxins, dissolves dirt from the body and hydrates the skin cells making the skin look nourished and supple.

While nature has given us an abundant supply of botanical variety to use for the betterment of our health, especially Aloe Vera gel, Honey, Jojoba oil, rose water, natural glycerin and Shea butter.

Pricing may vary of these natural products according to the ingredients and reputation of the company and in case, you don’t find a particular product, try searching on the Internet where the whole world is a store!
